  1. Drop a pin

    Standing at the kerb or sorting an agent's list, start with the address. Area, frontage, zone and overlays are pulled from council and state mapping.

  2. See what fits

    Subdivision, duplex, townhomes or a DA to sell on. Each option is costed and the one that pays the most for the land comes out on top.

  3. Get your buy price

    The price for a 10% and a 15% return on end value, or a plain answer that the site doesn't stack up. The one-page report lands in your inbox.
